3. python3 alias 설정 변경
   • 설정 > 앱 > 앱 실행 별칭 > 앱 설치 관리자에서 python.exe python3.exe 끔

   • Windows 보안 > 바이러스 및 위협 방지 > 바이러스 및 위협 방지 설정 (설정관리) > 제외
   • 다음의 폴더 추가
